TConverter (www.tconverter.com) is a free web application that provides file and text conversion services. The service can be used without registration.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the service, you agree to the following terms:

• You will use the service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not upload content that infringes copyright.
• You will not abuse the service or create excessive load.
• You will not upload malware or malicious files.

3. File Processing

• Uploaded files are used solely for conversion purposes.
• Files are automatically deleted from the server after processing is complete.
• Maximum file size is limited to 50MB.
• TConverter does not inspect, store, or share uploaded file contents with third parties.

4. Service Limitations

• The service is provided "as is"; no guarantee of uninterrupted operation is given.
• Rate limiting is applied to prevent abuse.
• TConverter reserves the right to change service terms without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

TConverter cannot be held responsible for data loss or file corruption that may occur during conversion. It is recommended to back up your important files.

6. Intellectual Property

The TConverter name, logo, and website content are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Rights to files uploaded by users belong entirely to the user.
